Binhi English Literacy Foundation, Inc. was founded in 2008 by a group of individuals to provide English learning support to children in marginalized areas by creating learning kits inspired by proven teaching methodologies and recruiting and training community-based volunteers as teachers and public school teachers.BINHI believes that every child is unique and has different abilities, needs and learning styles. Therefore, we train teachers to use different approaches to teaching and we provide different kinds of activities in our lessons. We also believe that students learn best in a caring and supportive environment.to date, BINHI has reached out to about 4,278 students in 48 public school partners.
