    The challenges1. Unrealistic targets 2. No admission of fault / no accountability from other teams. 3. No or lack of learnings and development programs 4. Lack of support from Top Management and cross-functional teams 5. Negative reinforcement from Top Management. The Top Management is so condescending that it leads you to questioning your capabilities. 6. Has processes however most of the time it is being deviated. 7. Double standards. 8. Overwhelming workloads that cause stress, pressure and anxiety. 9. Late release or no performance evaluation. 10. You focus more on additional or ad-hoc jobs rather than focusing on your KPI 11. Less appreciation and recognition of works 12. Managers are not empowered. It is just a position. 13. Lack of manpower 14. Meager employee benefits
