Good for experience but not in the long term
The good thingsOperations people are good, unlike other departments (aka those in the HQ office).
The challengesLow salary. It has a LARGE HR team yet lacks communication with other depts & employees, most especially those in lower positions. They don't give full context in the application, & what was promised doesn't reflect once officially employed. HR Head is kind, but the HR specialists are the problem.

No clear direction and poor working culture.
The good thingsOpportunity to grow, and toughen up - that's when you know your worth and values. Lots of things to work on and be creative with. Room for improvements.
The challengesIt's sometimes pure luck if you'll be working with a good manager who knows how to train, develop and reinforce and be constructive. Chances are there are factions in the company who are more after to their well-being than the company and the co-worker and they really back-bite.

    AWESOME
The good thingsTravelling and experiencing new places and meeting new people. work experience was really awesome because you got to know the function of everyone in your own department and other sections as well because of the rotation program of the company.
The challengeschallenges? i guess every company has its own challenges but for me working with people that were hard headed and know it all type of person was the real challenge here. Those people who have a lots of excuses just to get what they needed and doesn't follow the department policy are the real headache.
