Benefits received is progressive and the management team is very supportive when it comes to attending to everyone's concern. Strengthening one's faith in God is also given much attention. We also have free meal for everyone every Friday! (yum)
    The challengesContinuous process improvement since this is a start-up company; but then again, the team is well experienced and knows how to handle stumbling blocks. This would be a renowned company worldwide in the near future.

    I had been working as an HR Assistant / Admin Assistant. I can Handle multiple task of Job. I can work with Less Supervision. I am very responsible in my assign task of Job. I can do Accounting workload. In HR task I handle 201 Files. All confidential matter documents. Employees Benefits and compensation. Payroll computation, Time Keeping. Monitoring Daily Time Record. Handles HMO matter. and all other HR task. I hope you will give me the opprtunity to prove my worth to be a part of the company. Thank you
    The good thingsMy Employer is so very kind and patient to their employees. But the problem is we do not have Janitor in the office. Because in Japan they do not want to have helper in the office. But their attitude are so very 100 percent okey. And benefits also is okey.
    The challengesHave their own Janitor in the Office, so that the worker will not clean the office every day before we start our work.
