    The good thingsThe company is a great place to work in. Has a lot of space for the employee to grow and the trust from the company is priceless.

    I handled two companies in BEVI, I have learned how to manage my time pretty well because it has same deadline of monthly reports while doing the day to day tasks in finance operation.
    The good thingsSince the companies are still going there are some new tasks and chellenges related on my reponsibilities and motivate me to work harder and smart. I have learned a lot in over just three years in trading industries
    The challengesIn my opinion they should invest to a new accounting system (ERP) due to company expansion and more new company will operate in a near future.

    The challengesCompany work standards is very impossible. No training, the moment you enter the company you should be well knowledgeable about your work. Also, there's no team work its all about you and yourself alone. The competition is very high.
