    The good thingsWorking in Betonbau is a privilege for me. The good thing about this company are, they give me the chance to work in this company as a Personnel Staff for me to know that I don't have any experiences at all with regards to recruitment,secondly I've learned a lot of things when it comes to recruitment , how to deal with applicants in field especially joining a job fair and sourcing.
    The challengesThe most challenging in recruitment is manpower in job sites especially workers and staff. You need to fill up the requested manpower urgent since we are a construction company.
