    We design and build a project, we utilized cost estimations to documents project information, we create estimates and we revise projects cost to reflect current data and also provided accurate estimates by defining scope timelines, potential setbacks and limitations.

    Too much immature politics. Managers weren't skilled enough to handle the departments. NO REGULARIZATION. Very insensitive to workers' needs.
    The good thingsEasy application. Okay starting salary. Pooled by a lot of young people - almost nobody there could foresee a staying there for good since there's no job security. Good if you just want to have some experience to put in your resume.
    The challengesSince it doesn't have a lot of experienced employees, be ready to be assigned to high-responsiblity roles (which professionally requires at least 5 years of experience) even if you're fresh grad. OTs were NEVER compensated as DOLE's standards. Salary creeps very slowly. Workers were seen as materials and not as people. Dead end job not for the faint of heart. And NO SUPPORT DURING THE COVID. Not even the SSS provision which they could just apply... Really disappointing.

    Its is nice working in beta especially when your fresh grad. They will accept you even you don't have an enough experience.
    The good thingsMy colleagues are easy to be with, especially in my project because I'm in the project site. I learned so much to my project manager and boss.
    The challengesThe work load, I think they need to improve the number of manpower because one person cannot do all the task the the 3 persons doing.

    The challengesthe things that needs to improve: 1. UNIFORM, for us to be confident with our company. 2. Benefits, like Paid leave or Paid Sick Leave. 3. 14 month pay. 4. 5 days work. i hope we don't have to go to on Saturday's. for us to have some time to spend to our family.
