    The challengesTo make a system how to deal with the workers and management. Management see or judge your work depend to other supervisor comment and not the one who is your superior that give instructions to you. Management see your work in email and not the actual work outside the office or inside the plant.

    The good thingsMy office mates are fun to work with. Some usual company activities like team building, christmas party, sports fest etc.
    The challengesNo leave credits, HMO is 50/50, meaning, half of the cost is being shouldered by the employee. 6 days a week work schedule. Not really open for suggestions at least on the department where I am assign to. Under agency for office staff like me. Was directed after 5 years only.
