Indeed a great experience working outside of my home country. Travel and meeting different races and their culture is the best.The good thingsWorking with employees that you considered as family. Despite how big their positions are, you can talk to them and enjoy work as if your close friends. They value their employees very well. We even celebrated cookie day every month wherein employees who did a great job gets to be recognize by the company with a corresponding award. They always motivate their employees to give the best quality service to our guests.
The challengesI guess there is no challenges besides the one we create or decided to be the challenge. I found everything great even some basic flaws of the company and its people, but overall, everything I experienced was awesome and contributed a lot to my working experience.
