    The good things1. Our company has branches nationwide. As of now I am assigned here in Manila. The good thing is that when you will be reassigned to other branch you'lI have free accomodations and there's no need to transport because our dorm and office/branch is one. 2. Another good thing is the benefits like the health insurance government mandatory fees (philhealth,sss,pag-ibig) is paid exactly.
    The challenges1. The problem is in the personnel management. They should listen to the concern of their employees. 2. Lack of manpower. Resigning employees is very fast but very slow in hiring a new one. 3. Work load is too much its because of lack of manpower.
