A very helpful work experience and starter.The good thingsWhat I enjoyed about working in this company is that I really did learn a lot. My technical, communication and organizational skills were really put to the test. Compared to the other teams, my trainings are more difficult and more advanced. I was placed in very good hands with good mentors and team. Also, we had some good benefits here like the 6am-3pm schedule (traffic consideration), hybrid work schedule and paid overtime.
The challengesWork life balance is compromised here when there are really big projects. Also, the usual work politics and work gossips is inevitable.
