    The good thingsi enjoy working here because our employer care for our safety and health.also i learn many kind of work like using machines to break rocks and processing it to get the minerals.people here are friendly and kind,they help each other in times of problem.
    The challengeswe have trouble in working when in rains because the tunnel and the working area is flooded by water and its hard to work.when your body is soaked in water while working you`ll catch a fever and you cannot work the other day.
