    Working here can be likened to the story of the toad put in a pot with slowly heated water.

    The challengesnone to minimal succession plan, lack of guidance and support for career growth, pressure to take on as much work as you can, rewards and recognition for the loud talkers (not much for the silent but hardworkers)

    The challengesEverything is a priority. People in higher management position does not care about their employees getting sick or if you ever had an operation...they won't accept for you to rest more than a week. You have to work ASAP. Management directions are a mess.

    The good thingsThe Department interviewer are nice.
    The challengesThey will not update you about the status of your application, Even though you reach out on their HR/Recruiter they will just ignore it. I think it should be a practice and more appreciated to give feedback regarding the status of the applicants application (Pass of Failed). They should respect also the time and effort of the applicant.

    UNPROFESSIONAL HR- waste of time and effort

    The challengesHR are nice at first, but after a couple of texts and interviews, THEY WON'T RESPOND anymore to you. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HANGING. They won't give you any feedback or updates regarding your application. Please don't apply. WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT.

    HR should tell applicants if they pass or fail especially if we made an effort to reach out.

    The challengesthey will not update you about your application, I tried to follow up about mine after series of exams and interviews, and the only reply I got was "please standby" it's been over a month and I still haven't heard from them
