Consultative services are still a hit in this trying times of COVID
The good thingsWorking remotely has become the norm but empowering Tiaxa as we are still delivering tons of value enablement given the constraints in business travels. As I was hired during the quarantine season, I was not able to see physically my colleagues which can be a drag but nonetheless felt the welcoming atmosphere from them.
The challengesGiven Tiaxa is relatively young and reasonably has a "lean" or small to be straightforward, I believe that this can be a source of multiple projects being managed at a given point in time. But truth be told, that happens with many other companies that have specialized functions such DevOps and Data Science.

You Need to Double Hat at all Times
The good thingsThe company is very small so communication of information is very fast. There is free fruits. There is also a chance to travel abroad for business meetings which is good for those who loves to travel. There is HMO benefit, and the pay here is big.
The challengesYou need to work for what you paid for, you need to double hat. You are required to work on a weekends for a report, which will impact your work-life balance. The office is a very fast paced environments with deadlines ranging from 24 hours to a week. Due to multiple clients and small employees you sometimes need to work double time.
