Great mentors, outstanding culture and good compensation are the highlights of my experience in BMG.
The good thingsThe company culture is outstanding. The compensation and benefits are very competitive. I happily embraced and loved the challenge of working in a highly innovative company that keeps us on our toes and our adrenaline running for the sake of our colleagues given my position in HR.
The challengesThe company continues to grow and along with it are the increasing tasks expected from some positions. Additional manpower on key departments could address the forthcoming challenges to maintain work-life balance.

Working at Belo Medical Group is like climbing a mountain - confidently challenging, yet when you've reached the peak, you begin to cherish the journey that brought you there.
The good thingsA good working environment, with just and fair compensation and benefits.
The challengesSometimes, I've personally experienced and endured the slight overflow of workload.

I would not recommend working in the Finance Department. Toxic environment. They do not respect the personal time/rest days of their employees. OT everyday, even weekends. The Head and Managers are more focused on deadlines, rather than the welfare of their staffs.
The good thingsBenefits and perks are good.
The challengesLow compensation. No work-life balance.

    ALMOST GOOD
The good thingsThere are a lot of good people and great friends here. Some are really amazing. The benefits especially for the medical department is great
The challengesThe Finance Department is disappointing especially the heads there. They are not considerate. They are more focused on deadlines and not about the welfare of their staff.

The good thingsI gained exceptional work experience that I wouldn't be able to gain in any other company. The work was exciting and challenging. I was given big responsibilities that helped me strengthen my skills and discover what career path I would like to pursue. I never felt that I was too young or too inexperienced because the bosses were encouraging and supportive. Also, free facials and treatments!
The challengesI was employed during a difficult time in the history of the company wherein there were several management issues. Also, I felt that other companies offered better compensation and benefits for the same work. We had limited leave credits (only 5 VLs and 5 SLs per year) and had to work 6 days a week. While the experience was good, I felt that I was ready to move on to greener pastures.
