    The good thingsGood working environment, and Easy to bonding with your colleagues, if you are a regular employee you are entitled to an HMO to your 2 dependents (mom and dad)
    The challengesIf you request something from others it might take a while to receive it. More rush works. Sometimes lacks of clarity in giving you instructions.

    The good thingsThe People of BellaVita are the best workmates to work with, especially my boss in Business Development (2021). Healthy environment, Supportive, and the experience was truly worthwhile.

    Exciting working environment. You meet new people everyday. Learning new things is fun. Most especially when you get to travel outside the office for the caravan and sales rally.
    The good thingsYou can learn many things with regards to real estate. Multitasking will be your great asset since you don't only do documentation, you also handle the role for the loans, coordinator, and consultant.
    The challengesYou need to meet the target quota for conversion. Stress with irate clients. You sometimes encounter people who'll cuss you if they don't get what they want. You can't go on vacation or get to enjoy your day off because of loaded work.
