FINANCE MANAGERThe good thingsI learned that not all corporate managers act like one, they bullshit each other and the office sounds like you are in a market place. Most managers, including the owner of the company were corrupt, reason why the company has closed down its business. Salaries were delayed from the first day I worked until I resigned from office and decided to go back abroad to work.
The challengesChallenges came in every 15th and 30th of the month where salaries has to paid. As a finance manager, it was real difficult to ask for some finances from the owner of the business that it seemed to be begging each time. But the greatest achievement I had was when I did the financial projection that made the Company able to get a loan from the DBP and made the company afloat even for a while.
