    The challengesSudden change of area assignment, docs/admin works needed by the office/activities pops up on my screen that needs to be done asap while I'm in the field working. Exams/activities on a weekend. But of course, change is inevitable.😊

    Challenging yet Fun!
    The good thingsThe management never fails to give what you deserved in terms of salary, incentives and allowances.
    The challengesKnowing it's a Pharma company, expect a fast paced environments and sudden / rapid changes happened most of the time. Most of the times requires more than 8 hours of working per day especially if you are in Operations Dept. but it's fulfilling because we met the customers expectation.

    The challenges"fast paced company" literally means, we are paid to do the job within 24hrs for a 8-hour operations. So you do OT, forget holidays, sleeping is seen as laziness

    The challengesYour experience will be useless because others will intervene despite not having the right experience. They only state "I saw this in my previous work and this might actually work". And the stressful part you will be the one implementing knowing its not the best course of action because thw boss says so.

    The challengesThey follow US book principles not knowing if it is applicable to philippine set up. Every week there are changes in management direction so stressful that you will need the heart medicine discounts. Management has no direction and when there are problems they make sure to identify escape goats.

    The good thingsI have to make my hands down on the salary and tenure ship of one, the overwhelming amount of incentives we had received. The challenging work that would improve us towards our success.
    The challengesThe multi-tasking scheme of my former department is a bit over the edge but that wouldn't stop us from challenging our selves to manage time and work. The few approved collateral that will also serve as portfolio for both marketing and the creatives.

    Very promising company
    The good thingsThe company is comprised mainly of millennials. They know how to handle them and believes in their capacity to help the company grow. The executives are very accommodating and they see to it that they give time to mingle and discuss things with each employee.
    The challengesThe only challenge are the difficult people who have superiority complex. They tend to hinder the new employees by not helping them and not teaching them how the work is done as their belief was to let them learn by themselves.
