The Best Company I've Ever Worked at in the PhilippinesThe good thingsThe good things in this company are the best things an employee could ever wished for: The Perks, extra pay via commissions, bonuses, paid time offs or vacation leaves, HMOs, insurance and medical benefits, and definitely much higher salary compared to what others can offer you. Most importantly, the great working environment because of the cool, fun, and awesome talented people that works here. The core attitude that could be observed is that people really help and care for one another, as a team, and as a family.
The challengesThe main challenge for me is the office facilities (only 1 decent comfort room, that can be used by 1 person at a time, and there's no official/dedicated room for napping), since I've already considered this company as one of the best places any Filipino can ever work at alongside with Google and Facebook. The second challenge is the strict attendance, that could definitely be loosen up more, and that's about it so far.
