    Employees are not their top priority. If you are looking for good compensation, incentives and benefits, this is not the company for you. Heads up on their offboarding process too, you will be the least of their priorities and they can even hold your salaries if they want to without any valid excuse.

    The good thingsMoving into the new building in Clark made room for more exciting opportunities for professional growth as well. Seeing the environment makes you feel that you are in a stable company that values its employees. Beepo takes care of their employees and is open to suggestions from us as they give out regular satisfaction surveys. We feel that our opinion matters and that we are important to Beepo.
    The challengesThe benefits are great for the single, but could be better for those with dependents. Especially if you are a single mother like me. HMO for my son and medical reimbursement would have greatly helped.
