    The challengesManagement's ideas are poor. People act like they're working but they dont know what they're doing. Waste of time unless you want to work mindlessly and receive average salary the rest of your life

    The good thingsSalary is average but remember what you get initially will be your forever salary. You wont get more even in years of stay
    The challenges-No salary increase even if your evaluation is good -employee treatment -the management works around the law -they will not let you grow and just drag you down -IF YOURE IN IT FOR THE MONEY APPLY HERE. BUT YOU'LL BE STUCK UP FOR SURE. -The company is not updated with the trends for your field. So what you know will be your tool. You won't learn anything new.

    SAVE YOUR SELVES DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE
    The good thingsTalented people and you'll develop friendship and bonding with them.
    The challengesEMPLOYEE TREATMENT is very no no. Managers also treats you like they already bought your souls. If you know you can do better, they will just ignore your suggestion and even if it can help the company they will not look at your suggestion. To them you're nothing. SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

    The good thingsA lot of really talented and hardworking people. And as they say misery loves company, so you’ll develop a lot of good friendships here.
    The challengesManagement sees you as expendable. They don’t even make an effort to hide it. We all work for recognition and money, if they can’t recognized you it’ll fine as long as there is monetary benefits, but no they can’t even give you that. If I were you, just look for other company that can make you feel appreciated.

    The challengesGreat employees not treated well. Management does not have solid direction. Ever changing mind of the management. Fake jobstreet reviews, as they try to bury real reviews from previous employees who had a bad experience with them.

    Nice experience!
    The good thingsAs one of their trainees, they will assign us to our expertise to work on specific tasks and the supervisors will teach us to further develop our skills. People and co-interns here are approachable and very friendly.
    The challengesWorking on a team can be challenging. Everybody should cooperate to build a network. But overall, it's fun to learn here.

    The good thingsThey are friendly and when you don't understand and ask them again they will explain it to you. They also have a joke that will make you laugh while you are doing your work

    The good thingsThe good thing about this company is that you will be learning new set of skills such as: animation, 2D Designing and basic anatomy structure. All throughout my experience, I gain knowledge on how to efficiently use softwares such as: Photoshop, After Effects and many more..

    The good thingsIt is fun to have supervisor/s who are easy to communicate with or can laugh together. Also, having friendly colleagues help me to overcome the given workloads, and working together as well.

    You're in an animation studio
    The good thingsYou'll be working with highly creative people. If arts are your passion, this is nirvana. There are just too many talent that you would be surprised there are such people. It's a group of companies that work together seamlessly. Big people are treated big.
    The challengesIt takes a special person that understands the creative and the management side of the business. Being just good in management and dipping into the arts and not having any talent would be less favorable. So come here prepared by understanding what the industry is all about. You also have to move seamlessly as it still operates from an entrepreneurial point of view.
