    A really good company
    The good thingsThe salary and benefits is good. They try to provide you with all your needs and fairly compensate every effort that you exerted.
    The challengesThe only challenge is different cultures of the employees so sometimes you won't be on the same page as the others. I understand this part can always be resolved whenever you got used to it. I know that whenever you get into an international company you get to know other cultures and that is where you should learn.

    The good thingsSalary is always on Time. Superiors are smart. Projects is latest and sophisticated. They have latest technology and latest equipments. Accommodation are great if you are in engineer or staff position. Foods are good and cater in different nationalities. In the accommodation they have complete facilities with regards to sports activities such as table tennis, basketball, lawn tennis, gym, etc.
    The challengesThe challenges are the schedule of the projects. You need to complete your schedule at the right time. You need to submit your reports at the right time. When you start working on the projects you need to study and learned all the policies of the company such as coordination in other disciplines, the safety policy of the company as zero accident. You need to wear all the complete P.P.E. always.
