    Literally my life is better after Beauty republic Internationale. It is my biggest mistake.
    The good thingsNo good things im sorry i can't think of one.
    The challengesDo not work here if you want career growth. It is so bad to work here. The pay isnt good, little to no benefits, power tripping employees who engage to a lot of gossip. HR is no help at all.

    The challengesLow Salary, No compensation, No bonuses, Boss are stressfull. No HMO benefit No Proper system No organizational chart. Uses personal belongings for company transactions (phones, credit cards, etc.)

    It’s a trap! Not worth the time and effort!
    The good thingsOnly workmates are good
    The challengesNo HMO benefit No Proper system Low salary (no chance of increase) Unprofessional recruitment team 5 days leave/year - (magkasama na vacation at sick) Slow computers and no proper office tools No career growth and development High number of resignation and AWOL No organizational chart Uses personal belongings for company transactions (phones, credit cards, etc.)
