The challengesThere's not much of internal progress here in terms of the management, programs and benefits, etc. Like there's no long term plan or vision particularly for the employees but they're more focus on sales and products' PR
We understand that we have to multi-task but some tasks are just not in the scope of our work or JD and no reforms on that are being done
The company's been running for like a decade now, obviously there are a lot of improvements needed to be done and you can't always say "we're a start up"
It's a small company but gossiping is prevalent so it tends to be toxic
It's true that they can be very unprofessional in handling their employees, they also don't respect time of their staffs, expects them to exert work beyond working hours and even rest days
Some rules are just pathetic and not effective
Salary/compensation is on hourly-basis
