    Employment with the company
The good thingsThe Good things They will treat you like a family.
The challengesThe challenges 1. Employee-Employer contract is not provided upon hiring. 2. HMO benefit is provided after a year of working with the conpany. 3. Other positions such as Management, it's advisable to do some due diligence to understand the actual requirement, job responsibilities and job description of the work being offered. Know the team composition, have an idea of the existing team dynamics so you know what you're getting into. 4. No clear arrangement and implementation on the return of service with the company once you acquired/requested for a career developement training/certification. 5. Company is not prepared for policies/guidelines that is fit and fair to both employee and employer.
