    Jack of All trades or of sort
    The good thingsI was able to touch areas I never thought before that I would ever experience. I am grateful for the chance to contribute my opinion. One thing that pleasantly surprised me is that people from other departments were willing to offer their assistance, if I reached out with random inquiries or not.
    The challengesNot everyone is equally articulate in expressing their emotions and ideas. Some individuals may tend to rely on assumptions rather than seeking to broaden their perspective. You just need to find a way to reach them out.

    A Wonderful Memorable Experience
    The good thingsMy stay was wonderful at the same time challenging. And yet people here are caring most especially the boss.
    The challengesI didn't enjoy here the discipline that everyone needs. The system for growth. The rules that needed to be followed. And the HR is not strong enough to rely on. I hope someday it will have a change, not for me but for the future growth also of the company.

    No growth and health isn't prioritized
    The good thingsSome workmates were nice and fun to be with.
    The challengesWorking on site is mandatory but the company will not shoulder swab/rapid test. Company isn't liable when one employee gets positive. Safety protocols isn't practiced. Low salary and no regularization.
