    Working in this company is a life changing experience.
    The good thingsWorking with BDO Life has been a life changing experience. I have gained a lot of knowledge and skills through this company. I am very grateful that I have become a better person through the experiences I had in this company.
    The challengesThe only issue/ challenge that I was not able to fix was the proximity of branch assignment. I am assigned in a branch that is very far from my home address. It usually took me 2 hours of travel going into the work, and additional 2 hours going back home.

    Working with BDOLife and with the right Branch Manager has been so meaningful and fruitful career I had.
    The good thingsI had self development, financial literacy, challenges that stretch my capacity to excel, and the rewards are overwhelming.
    The challengesUnfortunate for some of colleagues who are Financial Advisors as well, that had made their homework well, but was partnered with a branch manager who doesn't aspire to produce above and beyond the average target, their skills will not be maximized, thus rewards are limited on their part.

    The challengesIt seems that you are living with you in-laws. You have to make adjustment and gain there trust, continuously. You have to build a good relationship and work harder each day to proved them that they also need you. You have to do the extra mile to keep there trust.
