    The challengesthe challenges may be the work ethics. if you come from a high or reputable company prior to BDO, you will find its professionalism is less formal than normal. It also may be depending on the branch or the BM. also, expect some coworkers might have issues on the smallest things especially if you are new.

    The good thingsWhen I joined this company I'm just an average IT professional. Being their tech guy may responsibilities are to support their end-user. They appreciate my hardwork and dedication. They also recognized my maturity and promoted me as Sr. Tech Support provided me with two Tech Support Assistants. This company is good for those individual with potentials and hardworking.
    The challengesSince my manager is not a technical person by profession, I think we could contribute much bigger project that is beneficial for the company. we could established a better IT Policies, proper documentations, disaster and recovery plan.
