    The good thingsI'm so blessed with the company I am with now for I am really learning a lot. As to benefits it's overflowing and they go beyond your personal needs if you need some help. They treat everyone as part of the family and It's a good sign that you're in good hands. Our company basically dominates the market in the province and being part of it is overwhelming.
    The challengesWhat challenges me with the company is the transfer of our pioneer employees to government sector, this is more about the work load. They don't want to get stressed out that much in their work that's why they transfer to government sector.
