    True review you need to check before applying
    The good thingsSalary is a little better than other companies in online teaching industry. Worse than other industry.
    The challengesEvery employee makes their own incentive report and daily time record manually (any mistake will mean deduction) while other companies have employees do that called payroll/accounting. Every mistake and problem can lead to deductions. Deductions when there's blackout or Internet service, penalty when there's a negative feedback, deductions when you have a computer problem, and many more. There's only 10 leave credits. It will never change or increase even if you stay forever. If desperate for a job, apply here.

    It's a very warm environment
    The good thingsI am currently in the process of enjoying everything in this company. The managers are very hospitable and helpful. They're very flexible! Salary is okay for a part-timer. Cockroach-free pantry. :)
    The challengesYou will still be surrounded with untamed people that you wouldn't actually know if they're true or not but I guess this is normal in a company. It's a matter of you being not a people-pleaser. Just let them do their job and do not mind their business.

    Better than other online teaching companies, but no security of tenure.
    The good thingsThey offer good incentives, the managers are supportive and forgiving to mistakes, and always try to make working condition better.
    The challengesNo security of tenure. If you don't have enough number of students, they will terminate you regardless of the number of years you stayed in the company and even if you meet all other requirements. It's all about money-making.
