    Working here was a memorable experience for me, despite the many challenges. I would likely still be at this company if the POGO ban had not taken place.
    The good thingsA competitive salary, extravagant company outings and year-end parties, quarterly and annual bonuses, and a free lunch buffet and a 100% WFH setup during the pandemic.
    The challengesSimilar to other companies, our workplace has issues with office politics and favoritism. The PC specifications are inadequate for creative work, and management appears unsupportive of our requests for higher-end machines and Adobe licenses.

    Company with exemplary compensation and benefits, but little to none for career growth
    The good thingsThe compensation and benefits package in this company is pretty above average for any levels and roles. Hiring process is also fast (at least on my experience) - it only took 2 days for me to be hired and processed. Office location is also good since it's situated at the heart of Makati CBD.
    The challengesNo career growth. Most of the job roles in this company will be your forever role in the long-run. I was also unfortunate to be put into a team where there's already an on-going rift between our manager and my teammates. Therefore, the team was just plain toxic. You'll might find this company enjoyable as long as you're placed in a team with good camaraderie and relationship.

    Fair, interesting and has a good path to any engineering discipline
    The good thingsPeople who shines gets to be rewarded for their hard work and contribution. This position also affords a good path to any engineering discipline. Appraisal is fair and out-of-the-office activities are unlike other companies.
    The challengesI'd like to see more local go up to management or architect roles. Major incidents are sometimes very stressful but the entire team helps each other out so that we resolve them on a timely basis.

    The good thingsGreat office environment, always a good time to work with other employees, Fun company activities, Company parties are over the top, offers high appraisal and bonuses for employees (depends on the department). Fast promotion, but will stop eventually.
    The challengesThe office politics are hard to deal with, all the good this will fall apart like dominoes if you misstep. HR doesn't have power over the management. Hard to look for other opportunities outside the industry. Work is more important than the safety/condition of the employees.
