    It is a One stop payment for all your bills including meralco, water bills, telephone bills, sss, philhealth, insurance, etc.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working here as a frontline teller because this job help me develop my skill in relation to customer service as their representative, that I can resolve different issues regarding to their bills payment.
    The challengesThe one that challenge me for this job was sometimes the customer has a multiple and different bills payment and our branch has only have one terminal to process all the transaction payment that the customers must have a patience to wait for their turn.

    The good thingsI love my coworkers. Most of them are motivated and driven. It makes the daily grind bearable.
    The challengesManagement seems to not care about the individual welfare of the company. Head of the company does not want to expand, would rather \"not spend anything\" rather than experiment or test variables that may bring about changes in the company.
