    Too hard to work as an operator, no benefits if you are not regular employee, only regulars have! contractual employees have more efforts in production area than regular.
    The good thingsgood things here are the party or activities in the company. The management are very cooperative. i don't like short-tempered team leads,
    The challengesthe canteen foods are not good and i once eat sometime a cockroach from the food they prepare. some regulars are lazy.
