The challengesThe tons of field work activities and various designs of water and wastewater treatment facilities to operate and commission, however these are the experiences that enables me to mature and learn.

A Daily Dose of Working in Bauer
The good things1. Provide numerous training for continual improvement. 2. Trust every employee to be independent and provide minimal supervision to finish task and duties. 3. Support each employee by giving incentives and bonuses to a job well done. 4. Explore employee's strength by giving special task and/or new opportunity. 5. Conduct assessment and evaluation on a regular basis on employee's performance.
The challengesIf all department heads are well aware of their staff capabilities in order for them to strive more and work hard to achieve their goals and objectives. To be a good leader, one must first be able to recognize the ability of every employee they handle. Training must be continually provided on the field they lack of.
