    The good thingsExperience-wise, the good thing working in this company is the advancement of my technical knowledge in the fields of foundation engineering. The company provides me an actual experience of constructing bored pile foundations.

    Good and Bad
    The good thingsPeople are great. Not strict with over time pay. Provides barracks and service when you are on project. They have sports activities every Friday. They have 2 major events every year, Christmas Party and German Beer Festival. They give you freedom in decision making and lets you handle your own project.
    The challengesThey give you freedom in decision making and lets you handle your own project, that sometimes you have no one to ask when you need to supervision. Not strict with over time pay, that is why employees seem to abuse this, loitering in the office so that they can claim their OT pay. They did not remit my SSS during my stay at this company. if needed OT is a must even if you already have plans.
