I enjoyed my stay there. Learned so much from my colleagues and superiors. If only given a chance, I would want to go back and have a leadership role one day. Maybe after finishing my post grad studies.
The good thingsGrowth is what I would call it. Esp for those who enjoy working in an environment with a young, energetic team. There is no corporate politics, which is refreshing (I've been to a a lot of manufacturing companies to say this). And the management is approachable, humble, and always open to conversation. State-of-the-art machinery, clean surroundings that even auditors admire. Everyone there are open to learning and helping each other grow.
The challengesThey are still considered a start-up in the manufacturing world, so there’s a lot of learning curve and adapting involved on some things. HR team should also improve in their processes and information dissemination. Navigating the ins and outs of the industry can be complex, but that's just part of the journey with a growing company.

BAUCH is a solid choice for those looking to grow in a company that values hard work, innovation, and its people, while also providing a supportive environment with meaningful benefits that help employees through life's ups and downs.
The good thingsBAUCH has a welcoming and collaborative work environment where teamwork is genuinely valued. The company cares for its employees by providing thoughtful benefits, such as bereavement support to help employees during difficult times when a close family member passes away. The management is approachable and open to feedback, fostering a culture where employees feel heard and supported. The facility is also equipped with top-of-the-line machinery and equipment, making it a great place for those who enjoy working with high-quality tools and technologies. Plus, there’s a sense of pride in knowing you’re contributing to a company that’s focused on quality and innovation in healthcare.
The challengesIt's a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and dedication. Meeting strict quality standards and tight deadlines can be challenging, but it’s all part of working in an industry where excellence is expected.

Management is humble and approachable. They take the time to listen to our concerns and provide the support to address any issues. The company regularly offers opportunities for career advancement and provides fair salary increases, ensuring that hard work and dedication are rewarded.
The good thingsTop Management is always ready to listen and help for matters that HR overlook. There is no corporate politics, and the supervisors and heads are very approachable too. Interdepartmental teamwork is great. There's also numerous opportunities for promotions and salary increases as long as HR properly guides the heads with the processes esp for the rank and file personnel. There is free rice and other employee assistance provided. Company also helps when there is an immediate family member of the employee that passed away.
The challengesNeeds more training programs - the company provides technical trainings but need more to invest on general trainings. Management is strict when it comes to following deadlines and attendance, which may be misinterpreted, but on operations standpoint is good to comply to needs and timeline of clients. Also need to have better HR personnel for immediate matters, and ensure performance reviews are on time.

Worst management. No career growth. No salary increase. No uniform. No benefits. 25pesos allowance only. No service. Terrible in terms of improvement.
The good thingsCo-workers will treat you as a family, a friend, good companionship.
The challengesChallenging? All around workers. Job description is just a piece of paper but nonsense. If you think you are a production operator, warehouse, analyst, hr or clerk, you will experience the job that is not part of your job. Example you're a clerk, time will come you will become a utility/janitor/helper. Lol.

    Bauch Phils. Working History Review
The good thingsI was able to practice my expertise in product dossier preparation and artwork development. As a Pharmacist, not only do I need to love my work, but also to love the people around me. Most of the staff is kind and friendly. So if given a higher salary that what is tailored for the position, I guess I could stay longer in the company.
The challengesCommunication between the top management and the Plant Manager is crucial for the improvement and productivity of all employees. If they have to communicate better than usual, I believe the working environment and the opportunities for advancement will greatly improve.
