I enjoyed my stay there. Learned so much from my colleagues and superiors. If only given a chance, I would want to go back and have a leadership role one day. Maybe after finishing my post grad studies. The good thingsGrowth is what I would call it. Esp for those who enjoy working in an environment with a young, energetic team. There is no corporate politics, which is refreshing (I've been to a a lot of manufacturing companies to say this). And the management is approachable, humble, and always open to conversation. State-of-the-art machinery, clean surroundings that even auditors admire. Everyone there are open to learning and helping each other grow.
The challengesThey are still considered a start-up in the manufacturing world, so there’s a lot of learning curve and adapting involved on some things. HR team should also improve in their processes and information dissemination. Navigating the ins and outs of the industry can be complex, but that's just part of the journey with a growing company.
