Work-Life is really balanced!The good thingsMy employer specifically my boss, is a good leader. She is always fair and easy to talk to. You might get intimidated by her when you don't know her but she's actually an approachable and good leader.
I also get along well with my co-workers and I enjoy working with them. I'm glad I am in this institution.
The challengesThe working environment is not so modern. And in my personal opinion, it could be better. But overall, it is not bad. I can see the efforts of the hospital to improve its buildings and others.
The workload depends on the designated department. But in my current position in the office, workload is average. Furthermore, my co-workers are willing to share workload if one is having a hard time.
