Working in this institution was a short yet enjoyable experience for a newly board passer like me that time.The good thingsWorking in this institution not only developed my clinical knowledge and skills, hence, it also boosted my self esteem by aiding our clients with regards to their health needs. As an OPD nurse from this institution, it was here that I have harness my skills in administering inject-able medications and put everything I've learned from college into practice.
The challengesOne of the biggest challenges I have encountered with working in this institution was miscommunication with clients, primarily due to the vast variability of vernacular. This is followed by one unavoidable and most common institutional issue, \"the gossipers\".
