Working here needs a lot of patience. Multi tasking plays a great role.
The good thingsNice and friendly workmates.
The challengesI would suggest code of ethics must be properly observed by the management.

ask DOLE first for the process.
The good thingsThe work and salary itself is good but... there’s a big but..
The challengesThe culture and environment of politicking and very unprofessional office personnel. Gossiping environment. Your personal life will be prone to scrutinisation. And the work flow process from office down to the last is very unorganised.
