    Pretty good company, just have really high standards
    The good thingsReally helpful people. I really enjoyed my time there.
    The challengesI had trouble passing their Onboarding process. I was having a tough time and I was in a phase where I was having trouble with a lot of things. Not their fault. It's all on me. Average people like me can't really survive in that environment.

    The good thingsI get to have a hands on experience with Dynamics CRM/365. Integrating other software to the D365. Working with Onshore gave me a renewed confidence since i can say to myself that my experience is not that far with the other tecspecialist in D365
    The challengesThey don't have a yearly raise of salary.

    Amazing people
    The good thingsThe ambiance and all the people in Barhead are amazing.
    The challengesBut the salary were given late on some occasions. The taxes were deducted but I recently found out that it wasn't really paid in full, I even paid some of it and I am still paying for it eventhough they deducted from my salary.
