The good thingsThey always boast that they are on the list of top bank in our country, But the internal system are very old old school. my PC is still running windows XP. and that compensation and benefits is very low

The challengesWorkload is still manual despite the prevalence of advanced technology in other companies. For example, reports are being re-submitted every time even though it has already been submitted due to a lack of a central system and paper-based reporting.
