    People lacks accountability
    The good thingsSmall organization and employees are close to each other.
    The challengesBeing a pioneer in the process, all Departments would delegate most of the responsibilities without even thinking if there are violations in rules and regulations.

    I learned a lot as an intern and be more than happy to work for Bank Of China.
    The good thingsAs an intern for Bank Of China Ltd., They make sure that I learn what I need to learn before I take the plunge into the real mainstream of life which is actually working and doing the jobs they are doing.
    The challengesOne of the challenges I face is the distance and traffic to Makati from Quezon City. However my stay with Bank of China as an intern was superb. From the Management to every staff are great! I will be more than happy to work for the said company.
