Good CompanyThe good thingsWe were trained really well. There were breaks given when there is too much load. There is always employee appreciation. Coaching is really helpful. You are supported and surrounded by great minds and leaders.
The challengesTime offs during the holidays. This is not mainly to B of A but I believe all the banks are included when there are news that creates panic, like information breach, you have to make sure you answer really well to very many customers.
