Not much into politics. you can see employees there working 15, 20 years now. Work is very challenging and fast-moving with lots of innovation. They will be celebrating 25 years in existence next month and will soon be the only surviving payment switch in the country
The challengessalaries are no longer at par with industry levels though benefits wise they can compete. Retirement benefit is also present yet needs upgrades. With lots of projects simultaneously going on, management sometimes loses focus on which to prioritize. Culture of information security, starting with top management, needs to be improved. Some businesses e.g. outsourcing needs to be shelved
