    The challengesmore deductions in salary and no overtime pay, no merit performing at your best. leave credits its on minimum requirement, too much overtime. as an accountant, you are required to input transactions in the system and manually in excel. inventory accounting and management are all over the place

    The good thingsThat i encounter new people and have time to check to them and they also visit beacuse we have a good communication to our guest and we serve them what they want
    The challengesThe challenges that i have experience is about the complain of the guest about the time of the food that you have to serve but we have 15-20 minute of serving time so i understand if some guest want their food to be serve in 5-10 minute but we update time to time to our guest that their food will be serve in the time we have givin to them.

    A worthwhile training and a wonderful experience.
    The good thingsIt really is a great experience to be a part of this company. They provided me more than enough what an intern should practice and should know when working in this kind of setting. The HR's I have worked with are very pleasing. They have made my training in their company a worthwhile.

    The good thingsThey are not too strict...people are easy to deal with. Good food but not much for staff meals
    The challengesNothing much i can do. My first months there was somehow chanllenging because of so many uniform fees they are deducting from my salary. And their uniforms are expensive.
