    Awful experience during my tenure
    The good thingsI cant recall any, maybe only for those assigned in the main office
    The challenges-accommodation for Site Engineer was awful, what provided to me was barracks with workers in an overcrowded apartment -unsystematic timekeeping resulting in payroll mishaps, unpaid working hours -inefficient site procedures & system

    Very poor site support. Always rely to Head Office. Owner/management wants to maximize profit but not supporting site with materials request.
    The good thingsStaff are hardworking.
    The challengesStaff are hardworking but leave eventually due to lack of support. Quality of works is sacrificed that I feel ashamed of me being a professional.

    CHALLENGING
    The good things1. Camaraderie amongst workmates. 2. Despite the challenges, workmates/team mates are their to lift you up and encourage you to give the best you can. 3. Teamwork (in our Department) 4. Bonding (despite the busy schedules, we always find time to do such) 5. My Boss/ Owner had taught so many things I have to learn about my work. He's been so patient to mentor me throughout my stay with the company.
