    It's a decent company to work at.
    The good thingsWFH set-up. PC set-up provided. Internet, electricity, and medicine subsidies. Attendance incentive. Birthday leave. 3 dependents for HMO. There was a company get-together in Boracay, which was awesome. Management is quite organized.
    The challengesThe salary increase is okay.
