    The challengesBeing in a fast-paced environment, I believe that external and process-related trainings would be a great help in honing our technical skills and so for us to provide a more effective and efficient customer service.

    The good thingsA company where people are very approachable and friendly. Promotes Work-Life balance by having a quarterly Team Building -- themed party, dinner buffet and annual beach outing.
    The challengesAs part of the customer service, there will be scenarios that that will be hard to resolve, but with B2BE everything is possible, as everyone is willing to lend a helping hand.

    The good thingsThe company is laid back. Easy, friendly people and good working environment which is the reason why I have been with Company for almost 4 years now. This is the longest I have been with a Company and I don't have any plans on leaving.
    The challengesFor the health card benefit, I hope they add even just one free dependent.

    The good things- A company that encourages out-of-the-box thinking. It does not limit or bind you to job role rules that prevent you from delivering excellent outputs. - KPIs, in my opinion, are realistic and achievable, they even let you add your own goals as part of it and help you achieve them. - Non-monotonous job. There's always something to learn and challenge your capabilities. - Approachable people from different departments you can collaborate with in creating solutions. - I've worked in other companies and this has been the best so far!
    The challenges- There are areas to improve on in terms of standard employee and office policies that would benefit everyone in the long run. - Adding external trainings for employees be really good too!
