    Trust. Agility. Passion.
The good thingsPromotes a culture of friendship, trust and accountability. People are not measured on the hours they spent in the office but in the quality of output they deliver. Relative flexibility in terms of work hours. Community groups and a lot of engagement activities are also present. You’ll have exposure to global practices and opportunities. Prime location, great office space, Nespresso machines!
The challengesYou’ll have a hard time if you don’t have a growth mindset. There’s a high expectation in terms of quality and performance.

The challengesI enjoy working with this company. One challenge would be the role itself. You have to ensure that you are always equipped.

The company I would always go back to
The good things- People are very easy to work with - Management knows how to take care of the people - Since employee population is relatively young, HR comes up with activities that well engage employees - Management harnesses good employee relations - Management is easy to approach. They maintain an open-door policy when it comes to management-employee communication - Systems and processes are in place
The challenges- more opportunities to expand skills - expand roles - opportunity to try other roles - improve be health benefits

    The One that Got Away
The good thingsGreat bonuses, allowances and medical benefits. The company values your contribution and they show that through personal emails and also the performance bonus that they give annually. Hardware or software that you need will always be provided and technical assistance is readily available. The people are great and they always make sure that you receive the right training.
The challengesWhen I was working there I wish they were a little more strict with regards to the attendance of supervisor. It was the only headache that I encountered while working there. Affordable and healthy food was also an issue, the building has no canteen and the catering service would come in during lunch hour which leaves those that are in the early shift really hungry or just eat fast food.

A good place to learn with competitive benefits package
The good thingsI really like the place, all my colleague and also the opportunity theyve been giving specially to those who wants to grow more on their career aside from the competitive benefits and advance payroll :). Keep it up!
The challengesAside on the new things that you need to learn and cope up as part of the career growth and adjusting on the new work ambiance, no more else to be added.

Great company to work largely because of culture
The good thingsGreat culture, forward thinking, employees come from diverse backgrounds. Management is employee-oriented and makes sure each and everyone are enabled to perform well in their job. Diversity and inclusion is respected - women are not undermined, sexual orientation is not an issue and ethnic background is irrelevant.
The challengesFully understanding what other units do and how it relates to your work can prove to be a challenge due to the fact that the organization is located in three different office spaces. Compensation and benefits, while above the average industry standard, have big room for improvement given the size of the organization and its consistently good performance.

    Great Company Bad Leadership
The good thingsThe company has very good training and opportunities to widen horizon. does not skimp on travels and training. Very technologically savvy. Leadership however needs to rethink their strategy and the way they treat their senior leaders.
The challengesThere is always a change of Executive Director every so often and there seems to be no stability because of this strategy.
