    Great career experience, I learned a lot and gained knowledge
    The good thingsHMO is provided, VL and SL are also given but there are times that VLs are not approved; there are midyear and year end bonuses as well.
    The challengesMake the salary of nurses higher, especially to those working in a hospital-based unit, because the workload is very much different than to those working in a stand alone unit.

    Good health benefits but overworked
    The good thingsHealth benefits are nice, they somewhat compensate the not so high salary. Pleasing work environment due to modern work area. All work colleagues are nice and accommodating.
    The challengesProximity to my home. The long commute time made me not to work in BGC for now. Management should also assess the workload of employees from time to time. But all of my OT work are paid by the company. Salary payout is only once a month so we need to budget monthly expenses wisely.

    Great working environment
    The good thingsCompany took good care of the employees during my stay with them. Feeds us before, during and after meetings. Made sure we had decent accommodations for whenever we had to report to the Metro Manila office. Management at the time would listen carefully and give you full support in whatever issues were there.
    The challengesSales quotas had to be met which is expected in this line of work. The challenges were mostly due to lack of experience as compared to co workers who have stayed here for years.

    The good thingsA lot of perks during December.
    The challengesToo political and subjective. If the execom does not like you, they will do anything to take you out of position. There is no work life balance also.
